l do hope you are well and give my love to Sundari. Recently my sadhana has taken a new turn. Before, this “development,” the sense of myself was as an adequate rock-solid awareness-existence and nothing more or less. However, this has “evolved” into what can only be felt or described as pure love. l can understand now what non-dual love means. l see myself – this beautiful love-being – reflected in everything and in everyday life. l hardly ever get angry, or rather the jiva doesn’t get angry, no matter what appears within my life. l had read in your Narada Bhakti Sutras – The Yoga of Love – which you kindly autographed for me, that a self-actualized person always feels/knows this beautiful love as their own self. l admittedly didn’t think that l would “attain” such heights for many years, as it is said (as you well know) that nididhyasana can take up to 15 long years. Of course if the knowledge is firm it wouldn’t seem that long. Now l’m not saying that l am special, nor am l saying that l am finished. l’m not that foolish these days, but l must say, like you, that if it gets any better then I don’t know if I can stand it!. Okay, bring it on, he he. l think many of your students may think that l am merely deluded, but l assure you l am not, as there are no doubts left, just 100% certainty that l am love-consciousness.
l just wanted to say a gigantic thank you because without your brilliantly simplified “traditional/non-traditionalist teaching” this life l find myself in could never have become so amazing. Thank you, James, once again, as you’re one in a billion, never mind a million. And never let anyone tell you otherwise, because if they do, then they are simply ill-informed.
