Concerned seeker: Dear Swamiji, you were right about Ramji and Sundari. Ever since they moved to Spain they have been torturing their friends with picture after picture of their stunning new home. As I cry myself to sleep at night in my tiny monastic cell they just gloat and rub their hands with glee about their good fortune and beautiful life together in paradise. Do they not know the joy is not in the object? Even worse, they refuse to get into their orange clothes and have absolutely no interest in astrology or even the enneagram. And forgive me, but what with the beauty of their natural surroundings and (gasp) physical attraction to each other, they might actually be doing it. I know, it’s shocking. Thank goodness there are people like you who understand that Vedanta is all about being a selfless saint.
