This seminar systematically explores the bliss or fullness “aspect” of Awareness. It is based on the last five chapters of a 14th Century Vedantic text called Panchadasi. It destroys the notion that there is more than one self and removes the sense of smallness and inadequacy that is the constant companion of those who do not know who they really are.
