This seminar unfolds the first two chapters of Panchadasi, an advanced 14th Century Vedanta text written by Vidyaranya Swami. It is a particularly interesting video because the attendees were highly qualified seekers, so the atmosphere was extremely sattvic (great energy!) and the questions and answers very sophisticated. A must-watch video for advanced seekers.

It is one of James’ personal favorites, an opinion shared by the great mahatma of Chennai, Swami Paramarthananda.

Note: While Panchadasi is beneficial to anyone, if you are new to the study of Vedanta, it would be helpful to first watch the videos on Tattva Bodha, Self-Inquiry, and the Bhagavad Gita in order to establish a familiarity with all of the necessary ideas and terminology. This will greatly assist your study of Panchadasi.
