Nick: Hello, Sundari.
When the karma yoga attitude is in place, is it the case that all the jiva is doing is acknowledging the changes and appearances that appear to occur are the result of the gunas (which are all that Isvara as Creator is), that all action and its results are of maya (which is nothing more than the gunas operating in awareness)?
And in doing so the knowledge of the distinction between that which is real (i.e. the self, satya, me, whatever you want to call it) and what is existent but unreal (mithya, maya, the gunas) just kind of gradually becomes more apparent.
No epiphanies, no wham, bam, enlightenment, ma’am, just a very organic awakening of awareness itself through the medium of these jivas.
Balls, LOL, words just don’t seem to do it justice (they never do anymore) but I hope you get the gist.
Sundari: That about sums it up, Nick! ☺ Dismiss the jiva as it arises, applying the knowledge 24/7.
