Registration fee: 70 Euro per person. This is to cover the costs of the rented space and teacher travel costs. Beside this you are strongly encouraged to make a donation according to the Vedanta tradition. There will be a donation box during the seminar or you can donate online at www.shiningworld.com

Teaching Schedule and important information:

Saturday 15th November and Sunday 16th November 2024:

*Morning teaching: 9.30 to 12.30 with tea/coffee break

*Lunch: 12.30 to 15.00 (or make a walk in old Amsterdam) 

*Afternoon teaching: 15.00 to 17.30with break 

Door will be open at 9 : 00 am. There is a bar inside for tea, coffee or other drinks. Lunch and drinks are on your own expenses

Transportation to the venue: 

The venue is located 5 minutes’ walk from several Metro stations: Waterlooplein and Nieuwmarkt

It’a 15 minutes’ walk from the Central Train Station.There is public parking available 5 minutes’ walk from the venue: Q Park Waterlooplein.

National Opera and Ballet : 8 minutes’ walk

Royal Theater Carré – 20 minutes’ walk

Hortus Botanicus- 10 minutes’ walk

H’Art museum ( former Hermitage) 15 minutes’ walk

Waterlooplein and second hand famous market: 5 minutes’ walk

Rembrandt Square: 10 minutes’ walk

Old Center; China Town ; Red Light District: 10 minutes’ walk

There is an endless choice of places around the venue. So it should not be a problem to find something which fits your taste and budget. Vegetarian options are available

Monet Garden Hotel, Hotel Motel One Amsterdam-Waterlooplein, Hotel ibis Amsterdam Centre. 

*For eating: Cafe restaurant Plantage, Soup en Zo -soup and vegetarian friendly   Frenzi, Gebr Hartering

*Around the corner are the supermarkets Albert Hein and Jumbo. 

*If you look for bars and cafes there are plenty of options. De Nieuwmarkt and Rembrandtplein are within 5 to 10 minutes’ walk.
